:Dune Buggies (also know as Jungle Buggies) are one of Puerto Vallarta’s most thrilling and exciting tours! We take you through the local streets, splashing alongside our rivers, and up through our trails of the Sierra Madre mountains.
Riding Puerto Vallarta’s Dune Buggies is one of the best ways to enjoy the beautiful views, see our town up close and experience this adventure ride that is sure to be one of the best memories of a lifetime!
Your tour begins with a brief safety instruction and practice, then the tour launches from our base and the adventure begins! This tour offers lots of riding time as we take you in and out of hills and trails and through rivers!

The buggies: 2-seat, 1600 c.c., 4-cylinder, 5-gear, off-road VW Beetle Buggies. Shifting required, but easy even for beginners.
Drivers must be 18 and older
Ages 5 and up are welcome to participate on shared rides
Not recommended for pregnant women, those suffering back pains and elderly.
Drivers License or ID for identification purposes and Credit Card are required for safety deposit in case of damage or theft.
Tour leaves rain or shine!
Departs from our ATV office in Downtown Puerto Vallarta. Detailed instructions and times will be provided on your tour voucher upon booking your reservation.

FAQ:
Q: Does this tour include transportation for cruise ship passengers?
A: No, but you can save money by walking across the street from where the cruise ships port and getting into a city taxi - usually yellow and white colored and pay about $10 for transportation to our ATV office. This cost is way below the inflated cruise ship prices.
Note: We suggest that cruise ship passengers reserve the 2:00 PM tour!
